4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Tickets purchased online are generally non-refundable.
- Date changes may be requested up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit, subject to availability.
- In case of attraction closure due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be rescheduled.
- No-shows forfeit their tickets without refund.
5. Visit Guidelines
When visiting the CN Tower:
- Arrive at your scheduled time slot (for timed tickets).

6. EdgeWalk Specific Terms
For EdgeWalk experiences:
- Minimum age requirement: 13 years old.
- Weight restrictions apply (between 75 lbs and 300 lbs).
- Participants must sign a waiver.
- Subject to weather conditions; may be rescheduled if unsafe.
- All participants must pass a breathalyzer test.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for tickets.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings.
- You visit at your own risk and assume responsibility for your safety.
